Flow manifold arrangements save time, money and space.

Influx design and manufacture integral flow manifolds incorporating control valves and flow meters with customer specified internal flow arrangements, which can lead to significant cost savings in equipment builds.

In addition to a consequential reduction in the number of pipe fittings used, custom designed manifolds provide a simply fitted single unit solution in compact form. For typical 3 and 4 way manifolds, cost savings in excess of 30% can be realized against conventional multi-piped single units.

A wide choice of configurations can be catered for, including common, isolated and multiple flow paths with valves at inlet or outlet. This is especially useful for systems where gas mixing or balancing is required. Units utilize standard or compact length Influx flow tubes, calibrated for each gas type and the flow conditions required.

Manifolds are typically constructed in anodized aluminum, with stainless steel valves and a clear polycarbonate viewing window. Alternate construction materials including highly polished 316 stainless steel blocks can also be applied.
